I stayed at the Best Western hotel in El Cajon, CA, and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, there was loud music and fighting all night that disturbed our sleep. The location was acceptable but had some issues with homeless individuals being around the property without any notice or assistance provided by the staff.

The room was clean, comfortable, with a soft bed and good AC, but there was a strong mold/mildew smell that bothered me throughout my 9-night stay. The split between the Quality Inn and the Best Western buildings was a bit confusing, especially with the annex building lacking a breakfast room and having limited parking.
